Use the form with category “Abuse report”. Add the username of the person concerned and a brief description of the behaviour. Screenshots are welcome but not required.

Select “Prize pool / Payment” as subject and include your transaction number and email address. We check this manually and will correct it if necessary within 48 hours.

Yes. Send a message with subject “Other” and state that you want your account deleted. We process this within 7 business days. Note: this is irreversible.
